A canceled show, Lotsa snow and the Grammys… yo
Sorry Nashville people, the show was canceled yesterday due to the fact that 50% of the band couldn’t get out of their driveways. You can find comfort in the fact that 3 Nashville bands took home some Grammys tonight. Taylor, Kings and those other guys with Bonnaroo beanies on… something about chicken and it being fried.
We’re really sorry about the show though. I personally was looking forward to playing a very road worn set for our friends and fans. Road worn meaning broken in and kicking ass.
Since this was the worst snow in recent Nashville memory, I’ll be sad to see it go. I enjoy the snow and know that since this was a bad one, we probably won’t see anything like it for awhile. I’d also like to say that we were set to share the stage with Stephanies ID from Asheville, NC the other night. We were pumped but again, the snow. Please check them out and tell them what you think!
Our next Nashville show will be a ”house show” at Scotty’s… check the myspace for the address and details. It will be a good one!
