PARACHUTE MUSICAL

Single Release Tour - Ft. Worth, TX (Day 6)

We’ve been so excited to get into Texas… Don’t freekin’ mess man! We headed out of Oklahoma City after staying in a bad ass house and getting a great night’s sleep. The cities we visit in Texas have always been amazingly great to us, so our anticipation for good shows was really high. We joined forces for the next two dates with our good friends and former tour mates, Oso Closo. Ft. Worth, which is pretty much Dallas, kicked ass as expected. We played a little dive bar called The Chattroom… it’s pretty much Oso Closo’s Cheers. The room was PACKED to the brim and people they were LOVIN’ it.

Pre-show, we went to a fast food joint called Taco Bueno… no bueno. It was a fun change of pace from the regular Taco Bell jaunts we frequently find ourselves on but it lacked in comparison (in my humble opinion).

Our great friend, Danny Garcia of Oso Closo, invited us back to his Dad’s house post-show. It was the roof we’d stay under for the next two days. The place was awesome, a total bachelor pad: Ping pong table to the left as you walked in, beer cans crushed and tossed aside, people partying. We had a great time and can’t thank Danny, his family and Oso Closo enough. Greatest guys on earth!
